Frank Kelbie Ltd is a fully licensed scrap metal recycler, operating to the standards required for responsible metal recycling in Scotland.

Our certificates and memberships show that we are properly registered, licensed and recognised within the metal recycling industry.

These include SEPA registration, metal dealer licensing and membership of the British Metals Recycling Association.
